HPNE provides ongoing management of all aspects of psychiatric services for general hospitals. We utilize client-focused contracts with several payment and employment options Including full outsourcing of all employees.
A Safe, Successful Journey with HPNE.
We help our clients deliver exceptional care.
HPNE provides guidance and management of psychiatric care across the full continuum of services from initial assessment and triage, to ambulatory care, to acute inpatient care. We can design all services such as assessment, treatment planning, medical care, ancillary therapies, and discharge planning for psychiatric and substance abuse programs.
Fiscal responsibility tailored to your culture and specifications.
HPNE helps hospital clients optimize payment rates, improve billing and collection systems, and manage all expenses in the delivery of care. Monthly reports provided by HPNE track and graphically illustrate current operational expenses, census, outcomes, client satisfaction ratings, and any other information deemed relevant by our partner hospitals.
A strong staff strengthens the integrity of the organization.
When building a team for hospital clients, HPNE recruits and supervises senior management including program managers, medical directors and marketing staff. Hospital clients can also entirely outsource the department by engaging HPNE to hire management staff, nurses, mental health workers, social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, secretarial staff, and/or billing staff. At HPNE, we hire talented employees, nurture a dynamic and collegial working environment, and offer incentives for exceptional work.
Services are marketed to key members of the hospital community
HPNE takes the lead in marketing partner hospital psychiatric services through presentations on topics such as eating disorders, substance abuse, depression, and domestic violence. Invitations to presentations are mailed to local residents, payors, and other key customers, thus increasing the visibility of the hospital and effectively marketing the service. In addition, HPNE funds employee participation in volunteer work in the hospital's community.
Health Partners New England contracts are client-centered.
HPNE executives and staff are qualified, experienced professionals who understand the needs of our hospital clients. Our client-centered approach ensures that we work on behalf of the organization to create a service that is a positive reflection on the hospital. In keeping with our philosophy of serving our clients well, we execute contracts that are user-friendly and contain a standardized fee schedule with both fixed and at-risk fee options.
Patients and their families are treated with compassion and respect.
From the moment they enter into our care, patients and their families are treated to a compassionate, welcoming environment surrounded by professionals who care about their welfare. Our ultimate goal is for patients and their families to receive the highest level of professional care.
