About the Company Founder
Michael P. Krupa, Ed.D.
Michael P. Krupa, Ed.D. has held CEO and COO positions for both not-for-profit and for-profit health care institutions, and has managed psychiatric departments in over 18 hospitals and clinical sites. He holds a doctoral degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Education and is a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of clinical and administrative experience. In addition, Dr. Krupa held an appointment at Harvard Medical School as a clinical supervisor of psychology trainees for ten years. Dr. Krupa founded Health Partners New England with a commitment to provide expert, compassionate treatment of patients and their families, respectful colleagueship with employees, and fiscal accountability to provider institutions and funding entities.

John Case
Mr. Case is credited with coining the phrase Open Book Management and has written two highly regarded books on the subject, as well as numerous articles. He is a contributing editor at Inc. Magazine.
Ralph DiPisa
Mr. DiPisa is presently Partner at Phillips & Associates, a local healthcare recruiting firm. Mr. DiPisa was formerly CEO at Quincy Hospital and former COO at Brockton Hospital. Mr. DiPisa serves on numerous boards including the Cooperative Central Bank Board.
Eric Harris, JD, Ed.D.
Dr. Harris is presently Risk Management Counsel to the American Psychological Association Insurance Trust. Dr. Harris was formerly Counsel to the Massachusetts Psychological Association and to Choate Health Management.
Lee Kane
Mr. Kane is the Store Team Leader at the Bread and Circus Whole Food Market in Bedford, MA . Mr. Kane is a licensed social worker and was formerly head of addiction services at New England Memorial Hospital.
Elizabeth Pattullo
Ms. Pattullo is CEO of Beacon Health Strategies L.L.C. which she founded in 1996. Ms. Pattullo was formerly Executive Director of MHMA of Massachusetts which managed the behavioral health Medicaid benefit in Massachusetts.
Andy Riddell
Mr. Riddell was former CEO of AtlantiCare Hospital and member of the Board of Directors of North Shore Medical Center and served as a Senior Consultant for the merger of these two institutions. Mr. Riddell currently is the CEO of Leadership Rx's, an advisory company that focuses on building human and intellectual capital in organizations.
