Health Partners New England Begins Construction on Innovative Behavioral Health Treatment Center in Devens
We are very excited to announce that we have completed the purchase of 7.5 acres of land from MassDevelopment at 85 Patton Road in Devens, MA. Health Partners New England, in partnership with GFI Partners, has begun construction on a 75,000-square-foot treatment center – Health Partners Treatment and Recovery Center. The 104-bed treatment center will provide short-term inpatient care to patients with psychiatric and substance abuse problems.
Devens provides an ideal location for this innovative, state-of–the-art facility with its proximity to central Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire, and northwestern Middlesex County. The location provides easy access for patients and families as well as the professional and support staff who will work at the facility. We estimate this patient-centered care treatment center will create more than 200 jobs and will open in the fall of 2016.
